Solution 1 : Customer calling system (customer calling a waiter)
- Install HICOM calling buttons on each table in the restaurant or cafe. (HI-88S or HI-98E or HI-90J)
- Give each waiter HICOM watch receiver (HI-111)
When a client presses a call button, a waiter’s watch receives a message with the number of the table that the call came from.


Solution 2 : Customer calling system (customer calling a waiter)
- Install HICOM calling buttons on each table in the restaurant or cafe. (HI-88S or HI-98E or HI-90J)
- Install HICOM display receiver near the reception area either on a reception table or mounted on the wall (HI-73i)
When a client presses a call button, the display receiver displays the number of the table that the call came from.


Solution 3 : Customer paging system (Reception calling a customer)
- Install HICOM Customer paging system in the reception/counter of the restaurant or cafe. (HI-85 , HI-116)
- The customer takes a coaster pager after placing the order. Each pager will have its own number.
- When the order is ready the counter/reception will press the pager number, it will beep, light and vibrate.
- The customer comes to collect his order and leaves the coaster pager in the reception/counter.
